Rockville-based environmental consultant Apex Cos. LLC has acquired A2L Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Tampa, Fla.-based A2L ? an environmental consulting, engineering and remediation company ? specializes in real estate and financial institutions.
Apex says A2L began operating under the Apex name Dec. 31.
Apex is owned by private equity investor Tailwind Capital.
