Arnie's son is all grown up and it looks like he's taking up his bodybuilder dad!?Arnold was 20, only one year older than his son now, when he won the coveted Mr. Universe title.?While Patrick still has a way to go before he'll be buff enough to rock a pair of teeny-tiny briefs like his pops did, he's well on his way.
